TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: August 19, 2026
Last Updated: August 19, 2026

Welcome to The 4-In Method® website (“Website”), operated by Zenitta Antoinette Anderson LLC d/b/a Anderson Enterprises (“Anderson Enterprises,” “The 4-In Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the4ins.com, including its content, assessments, downloads, tools, resources, courses, workshops, consulting information, training materials, and other products or services made available through the Website. By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information, resources, tools, educational content, assessments, and information about consulting, coaching, training, organizational development, change management, leadership development, AI adoption, and related professional services offered through The 4-In Method®. Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

2. The 4-In Method® Intellectual Property

The 4-In Method® — Informed, Interested, Involved, and Inspired — is a proprietary framework. The framework, methodology, structure, terminology, models, concepts, assessments, scoring methodologies, diagrams, processes, exercises, worksheets, facilitator materials, training materials, presentations, courses, workbooks, implementation tools, graphics, branding, and other materials associated with The 4-In Method® are owned by or licensed to Anderson Enterprises and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited permission expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through your access to the Website or any materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Limited Permission to Use Website Content

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use publicly available Website content for your own lawful, personal, informational, or internal professional development purposes. Unless you have received prior written authorization or entered into a separate licensing agreement with Anderson Enterprises, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit The 4-In Method® or its materials;
  • Teach, facilitate, certify others in, or provide consulting services using The 4-In Method®;
  • Incorporate the framework or its proprietary materials into your own courses, workshops, consulting engagements, training programs, certifications, products, assessments, or services;
  • Modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, reconstruct, or create derivative frameworks or works based substantially upon proprietary The 4-In Method® materials;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, proprietary, or attribution notices;
  • Upload proprietary materials to publicly accessible websites, shared repositories, course-sharing platforms, or databases;
  • Represent yourself or your organization as an authorized, certified, licensed, affiliated, or approved provider of The 4-In Method® without written authorization; or
  • Use The 4-In Method® name, trademarks, branding, or proprietary methodology in a manner likely to create confusion regarding sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, certification, or authorization.

Participation in a presentation, workshop, pilot program, assessment, consultation, course, or demonstration does not transfer ownership of the framework or grant a license to independently teach, reproduce, distribute, commercialize, or implement proprietary materials beyond the scope expressly authorized.

4. Organizational, Academic, and Commercial Licensing

Organizations, educational institutions, consultants, coaches, trainers, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and other entities seeking to incorporate The 4-In Method® into their programs, curricula, leadership development, consulting services, internal training, professional development, or commercial offerings must obtain appropriate written authorization or a separate license agreement.

Any institutional pilot, demonstration, presentation, evaluation, or limited engagement is provided solely for the agreed purpose and does not constitute an assignment, transfer, waiver, or implied license of our intellectual property. Licensing inquiries may be submitted through our Website.

5. Assessments, Tools, and Downloadable Resources

Certain assessments, worksheets, scorecards, guides, templates, checklists, reports, and other resources may be made available through the Website. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, these materials are licensed—not sold—to the recipient for the intended use. Purchasing, downloading, receiving, or completing a resource does not give the recipient ownership of its underlying methodology, design, scoring model, questions, framework, or intellectual property. You may not reproduce assessment questions, scoring methodologies, proprietary reports, or other protected materials to develop substantially similar competing assessments, products, frameworks, or services.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

Unless expressly authorized in writing, proprietary The 4-In Method® materials may not be systematically collected, scraped, extracted, or uploaded in substantial part for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, developing, benchmarking, or creating artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, knowledge bases, competing frameworks, automated assessment products, or commercial generative-AI products. Nothing in this provision prohibits ordinary lawful use of generally available AI tools for personal productivity where such use does not reproduce, disclose, commercialize, or create a competing product from our proprietary materials.

7. User Submissions

If you submit information through the Website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You retain ownership of original content you submit to us. However, when necessary to respond to your request or provide a requested service, you grant us permission to use that content for that purpose.

Submitting an inquiry, assessment, form, or other information does not automatically establish a consulting, coaching, advisory, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.

8. Professional and Educational Disclaimer

Information provided through the Website, assessments, articles, presentations, resources, workshops, or other general materials is intended for educational and informational purposes. It should not be interpreted as legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice. Organizations and individuals remain responsible for their own decisions, implementation strategies, policies, employment actions, business decisions, and results.

9. No Guarantee of Results

The 4-In Method® is designed to support leadership, engagement, alignment, change, transformation, and organizational effectiveness. However, outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control. We therefore do not promise or guarantee specific financial, organizational, leadership, employment, adoption, productivity, performance, or other results from using the Website, framework, assessments, training, consulting, or educational materials. Testimonials, case studies, examples, or previous outcomes are illustrative and do not guarantee future results.

10. Purchases and Paid Services

Certain products, programs, assessments, workshops, consulting engagements, courses, licenses, or other services may require payment. Additional terms—including pricing, payment schedules, cancellation policies, refund policies, licensing restrictions, confidentiality provisions, deliverables, and scope of work—may be provided at the time of purchase or through a separate proposal, statement of work, license, or services agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a paid engagement, the separate agreement will control with respect to that engagement.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
  • To infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
  • To introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
  • To interfere with Website operation or security;
  • To attempt unauthorized access to systems or restricted materials;
  • To impersonate another person or organization;
  • To scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Website content without authorization; or
  • To use our content or intellectual property to misrepresent your credentials, authorization, certification, or relationship with The 4-In Method®.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, scheduling services, payment processors, social-media platforms, analytics services, or other external services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and disclosed.

Where third-party services are used, those providers may also process information according to their own privacy policies.

14. Copyright and Trademark Notice

Unless otherwise stated, Website content and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Anderson Enterprises. The 4-In Method® and associated names, logos, program names, graphics, slogans, and brand identifiers may constitute trademarks, service marks, copyrighted works, or other proprietary intellectual property. Nothing on this Website grants permission to use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials except as expressly authorized in these Terms or in a separate written agreement.

15. Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe material appearing on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the material and explain the basis of your concern. Likewise, suspected unauthorized reproduction, teaching, distribution, commercialization, or use of The 4-In Method® or associated materials may be reported to us.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anderson Enterprises and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your access to or use of—or inability to use—the Website or its general content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anderson Enterprises and its owners, officers, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Maryland, unless the parties agree in writing to another dispute-resolution procedure.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Website, services, business practices, intellectual property portfolio, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights. No waiver of our intellectual property rights will be effective unless expressly made in writing by an authorized representative of Anderson Enterprises.
