The 4-In Method® framework was created by Zenitta Anderson, CEO of Anderson Enterprises, an executive leader and transformation strategist with more than 20 years of experience leading across operations, technology, people, organizational change, and enterprise transformation.

Throughout her career, Zenitta repeatedly observed the same challenge: leaders could create a strong vision, but vision alone did not create execution.

Successful transformation occurred when people understood the direction, saw their connection to it, participated in making it happen, and became motivated to carry it forward.
